GrafanaCloudHostedMetrics URL wrong #738

The GrafanaCloudHostedMetrics pointing to the wrong URL. The file "DefaultHostedMetricsHttpClient.cs" needs to be updated at row 60 and the PostAsync command, this must point to "/graphite/metrics" instead of "/metrics".
