AppLovin suspended my account (developer@mayakapps.com) with a single app StickerConv claiming that I violated their policies and suspended my due payout. Interesting enough, I had not made any changes to the application source code for months before that and didn't make significant changes to the Ads implementation since integration. Also, I had not used the application personally for a while before the suspension.

I thought that some automated system made a mistake and contacted them through the suggested email account-approval@applovin.com asking for a review and more information. Strange enough they never responded back after around 5 weeks with any more details except for an instant automated email asking me to send the application link.

@MSDarwish2000 - When sending an email to account-approval@applovin.com, we ask publishers to send an app or app portfolio for verification. That was not done until your latest email today. I've gone ahead and approved the account.

I really apologize about this discussion. I have already responded twice with the required information, but it was my mistake as I responded to the no-reply email and didn't notice this until after posting here.

It would be appreciated if you changed the display name of "account-approval+no-reply" to something that clearly indicate "no-reply" purpose other than "account-approval@applovin.com".

Still, I am really sorry for this post and mistake. Thank you.

@thomasmso Thank you for your help. One last thing, I wonder whether/when the deducted earnings marked as "vendor credit" will reappear in the account as it is valid earnings.
