Unfortunately this is expected for Apple Silicon Macs. Will try to investigate when I have time, but can't promised when. If someone else can figure out a solution, that'll be great.

Is it possible to silence the alert? Or is she saying that the software is actually ineffective?

Unfortunately, this means the main function of the app doesn't work.
