First occurred

27/03/2024, 00:14 (but potentially before as I usually have my subscriptions filtered)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Refresh podcasts
  2. Have one of them fail

Expected behaviour

The error icon has an exclamation and doesn't overlap with the title.

Current behaviour

The error icon is just a red dot and overlaps with long podcast titles:

Possibly related to #6578 or #6995?
