The generated PDF

Short description

Within the generated PDF, links to wikiless/archive.org/... should IMHO be highlighted and superscripts for better readibility

Research

I'm not knowledgeable enough yet on this process to propose a direct solution but I'll look into it ...

Valid. I am considering a fix in this way:

-V colorlinks=true \
-V linkcolor=blue \
-V urlcolor=red \
-V toccolor=gray

Seems right but red is a bit flashy

It won't be red, that's just an example found on Stack Overflow.

Testing locally so it may be a while before I can verify the fix.
