This issue stores the developments that are needed/desired for Legacy science with CosmoPipe. These will be covered in the major update/overhaul that happens prior to Legacy Cosmic Shear.

  • Add support for COSEBIs via cosmosis, as in K1000 pipelines
  • Add generalised support for cosmosis
  • Add pipeline construction API, that interfaces CosmoPipe to Cosmosis/Montepython automatically
  • Add Documentation for current pipeline
  • Add minimum-documentation requirement
  • Add in-out failure checks for new code
  • Add examples for new code additions

More will be added here later as the update proceeds....

  • Accept n(z) files with different redshift sampling per bin
  • Make the delta-z parameters configurable with configuration script

The latter of the above is only relevant for the current K1000 branch; which is a hack-y first pass at incorporating the K1000 cosebis likelihood into cosmopipe. The main branch already has this functionality, of course.
