In this issue we will build a gesture lexicon using the GestureBuilder sample code, integrate it into our app and recognize either voice commands or gesture commands. Our Android is now a remote control (In this case we are using our lexicon from the Cloud Robotics Hackathon https://code.google.com/p/roogle-darwin/).

In this commit we did a lot, added in a lexicon of gestures for controlling a robot, and a few buttons to control by voice or to see the menu of commands.
