Mapping is giving errors #101

Hi Dan,

I'm trying to run Mapping with the test data in cegwas2
https://github.com/AndersenLab/cegwas2-nf/tree/master/test_traits

and I'm getting error on both Chrome and Safari. The Mapping report names on CeNDR are
cegwas2_bulk
cegwas2_single

We will need to update the mapping pipeline to reduce memory usage. That should hopefully resolve this.
