[Feature] Mail ID and phone number in References section instead of website

• Yes, I have searched the existing issues and it doesn't exist.

Feature Description

Recruiters might want to contact the references for verification. As the website field only allows website and even after changing tag it warns "URL must start with https://" and shows error "Website undefined" error if we save changes anyway. I tried adding mail by using mailto: but still it didn't work.
