I tried to find out about him and all social media including Stack Overflow, Linkin, Gitlab, Bitbucket all stopped at the same time after being very active.

How do we continue with this project now? Is anyone willing to fork and apply the pending pull requests and maybe bring the project to a new state (especially support for the new windows console)

Looks like there's a fork at GerHobbelt/replxx that did this exactly. Haven't really tried this so I'm not sure about its quality.

Basically I thought the same after checking the repository owner's profiles but found this in the fork list last month.

But there is no communication with GerHobbelt I have sent email to him 12 Jan 2024 but no response... Looks like GerHobbelt is not good for mountaineering.

@minfrin any ideas who should be next maintainer?

Oh, sad news... I thought the project was just abandoned, with no activity for several years. I don't know of other ready-made alternatives for C/C++ that are cross-platform.
