安卓V2RayNG突然无法使用，PC 端无任何问题，安卓端则出现“SSL handshake timed out”，尝试换 ip 地址和修改各类 V2RayNG 参数还是不行

已经解决：就是手机时间没有同步。同步时间，就解决问题了。
