Deploy appears to fail due to error in NOTES.txt

Describe the bug

Deploy pipeline runs red but app is succesfully deployed.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to staging.altinn.studio
2. select an app e.g. tdd/test0005
3. Create new build
4. Start deploy
5. See error.

Expected behavior

Deploy pipeline runs green

Researched a bit, unchecked "Check for latest release" on the task "Install Helm 2.9.1" because it ran with helm 3.0 on previous releases. This seems to do the trick for new apps in staging, however my old app got a different error where it could not find any deployed releases, even if I built a release again.

--force does the trick however this should not be used as a permanent solution.

Old, failed charts are stuck and have to be manually deleted:

This has been veried in staging so the issue may be closed if the update had been made to all application deploy pipelines @DanRJ
