Hi

Could be useful to set quota by mail.
Actually quota can be set mail by mail but not globaly.

In this issue, I propose to set a global context with two variables :

  • mail_quota_default : quota by default when a new mail is created
  • mail_quota_max_hard : maximum storage , hard value set to pop/imap (can't be exceed)
