a few of my bug reports on UI have been closed with:

Please post UI bugs regarding app.alovoa.com and native apps to the correct repo instead: https://github.com/Alovoa/alovoa-expo/issues

And I've seen other user's report closed similarly.
I understand. But

  1. Not many users will take the effort to re-report so their reports are lost

  2. alovoa.com links to https://www.github.com/Alovoa/Alovoa/
    alovoa.com doesn't link to https://github.com/Alovoa/alovoa-expo/
So a user might think all reports are to go to https://www.github.com/Alovoa/Alovoa/

  3. Even if a user knows about https://github.com/Alovoa/alovoa-expo/, it isn't always obvious whether an issue is from back end or from app.alovoa.com UI (e.g. "doesn't open - whether UI doesn't display it or back end hasn't sent the data?) or from alovoa.com - I bet you'll have a hard time explaining the difference between alovoa.com and app.alovoa.com to an average Joe

  4. Not every Alovoa user has a github account, is willing to sign up or understands how it works, so those users will never open an issue
