Multiple issues with the document list

Describe the bug
There was an issue #2789 which describes this bug. It supposedly has been fixed, but it still is happening (Using 4.1 right now).

The columns are not correctly aligned with the content and there is whitespace on the right of the content of the list.

This gets even worse, when using the application on smaller monitors or trying to use it responsive.

Responsiveness seems to be a general issue. Even using a big monitor the colum text is unreadable because of cutting of text using ellipsis (see Größe which is Size in english).

And there are so many information going missing, the user can't really see when a file has been edited and sometimes who, because the information is cut off. Even other column titles like "Bearbeitet am", which is "Modified At" is impossible for the user to understand. Plus as pointed out it is not aligned correctly so this is really making it hard for users.

Another issue is, I found when going into some folders (For example Meeting Notes from the standard Website project site) is there are suddenly two scrollbars now at the buttom:

• ACA version: 4.1
• ACS version: 7.4

Expected behavior

• Columns should be aligned correctly, be it in the normal view or in responsive mode on smaller screen
• Column titles shouldn't be wrapped and unreadable for the user
• Column cells shouldn't be wrapped and unreadable for the user
• If the content of a cell is too long there should be a mechanism. The table should adjust based on the views. Be it dynamically taking the space to display the content. Or maybe break into the next line, though the question might be if this is good. When space gets too small to display everything, a vertical scrollbar should appear, to let the user scroll and see the information
• There should be only one vertical scrollbar and scrolling should stop at the end of the table and there shouldn't be whitespace on the right side being revealed
