Configure content metadata based on rules / evaluators

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we can configure content metadata based on aspects and types and if that document contains those aspects / types, it will display the properties. But when we are configuring the layout based property configuration, we want to display different metadata in different use cases. So ideally this configuration should have support for evaluators / rules so that we can define layout based configuration which is applicable for only certain document types / folders / having some aspect.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add evaluators / rules on top of the configuration. The metdata configuration will be displayed for the nodes which satisfy those conditions.
