Leaving SmartSystemMenu active on the system would make File Explorer really slow and barely usable. Closing it will restore Explorer.exe performance

Could you check please if SmartSystemMenuHook(64).dll library is loaded to Explorer.exe process when it is excluded via Process Explorer or Process Hacker.
