The core contents of this repository, listed below, were respectively prepared in Mathematica version 11.3, Matlab version R2018b, and Python version 3.6.1 in Jupyter.

  1. Heyde-et-al-2021-Mathematica.nb simulates expected driver clone expansion in a patient and evaluates model sensitivity and can be executed using Mathematica or Wolfram Player.
  2. Heyde-et-al-2021-Matlab.m conducts driver clone simulations at the cohort level and can be executed with Matlab.
  3. Heyde-et-al-2021-Python.ipynb runs the neutral variant process and can be executed at mybinder.org.
