Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature request proposes integrating Vimium-like keybindings as a built-in extension for Thorium. The extension is aimed at power users and those with limited mobility or who prefer keyboard-driven interactions. Integrated Vimium keybindings would improve accessibility and usability.

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source
Vimium is a widely-used browser extension that enables users to navigate and control web pages using their keyboard. This extension was inspired by the Vim text editor and provides keybindings that help users browse more efficiently, manage tabs, scroll through pages, and perform other actions without relying heavily on their mouse or touchpad.

Additional Notes
Integrating Vimium keybindings into Thorium's built-in extensions would benefit power users.
