This tutorial improves off the React + Leo tutorial:

more clear language, better descriptors
includes devnet setup, tx cannon setup, react + leo app setup and how they all work together in dev environment
includes program execution locally by wasm and by snarkvm using your own computer
includes deployment on local devnet using wasm and also tx-cannon
includes doing execution txns using tx-cannon
leo contributor badge still there
better recap section

improvements for next time:

add our logging/data tools
figure out a way to reincorporate record decrypting
didn't add workshop examples b/c our tx cannon doesn't support multiple record search (will try again though)
figure out a better 1-click solution for local or aws devnet
