The needed Ports depend on your setup, you can choose them as you want, but to give you examples.
Common WebServer Ports:

HTTP 80/tcp
HTTPS 443/tcp

Common Minecraft Ports:

25565/tcp (Default)
25577/tcp (BungeeCord)
