Could not install using palette manager or npm command line #24

I followed the instructions for installing the nodes however I consistently receive an error. The npm-debug log is attached. It is not clear if I am doing something wrong however the instructions are pretty straightforward.

this does not seem to have anything to do with this plugin, did you have any luck resolving this?

hi @roberttco i just had another look into your npm debug log file and it states that the npm version is v1.4.21, this is ancient. Could you update it to lets say at least v5 and try again,i am pretty sure this error will go away.

Hi @roberttco, the error you are receiving has no imminent connection to the harmony extension. If you update npm the problem quite possibly goes away. Under the link is an article on how to best install / update node and npm on an RPI https://blog.standa.de/2018/11/08/install-node-npm-rpi/
