consume 2 seeds in one time

Quick description

Hello, I discovered a new issue on version 1.18.2. Indeed when I tested in survival mod, I noticed that when placing seeds there is no animation for the hand, but what is more important in my opinion is that it consumes 2 seeds in inventory to place only one. I then went to version 1.16.5 to check and this bug is not present there.
