收到remote端同时的摄像头和共享桌面视频流，应该怎么分开这两个视频流用于分开显示 #344

1）我看Windows版本的MultiVideoSource示例，对于使用摄像头和共享桌面是以两个用户来区分的，能不能只使用一个用户同时发布摄像头视频流和桌面共享视频流。
2）如果1）在用同一个用户同时发布两个视频流的情况下，接收端如何分开显示这两个视频流

目前agora SDK 需要使用不同的uid 发送camera和screen的流, 所以对于接收端来看, 虽然是一个发送端,但每一条流都有自己的uid 信息. 接收端也会收到不同onUserJoined事件代表不同的流, 所以建议业务根据不同的uid 来区分摄像头和共享桌面

后续agora sdk会提供接口, 传递流信息, 请关注官网sdk release 更新
