Can't open UXP dev tool

Issue in /src/pages/devtool/installation.md

I keep getting the message:

You appear to be not signed in to CreativeCloud or your email is unverified!
Please sign-in to CreativeCloud Desktop or ensure email is verified and then relaunch UXP Developer Tools.

yet I am signed into creative cloud desktop

I see this problem frequently. Started a few months ago.

I don't quite understand the point of validating for UDT. It's free and the other host apps are validated, so checking here can only cause problems with bugs such as this. Even if the goal is telemetry data, the user ID is known and wouldn't need validation.
