Added a standalone notebook for Synthetic Data generation.

Description

The notebook pulls out the code from the week one assignment notebook for generating synthetic data generation.

A few updates were made to the existing code:

• use Oauth 2 rather than JWT
• streamline some steps of the setup/configuration (read values from configParser object directly into the aepp configure method)
• add some helper functions to retrieve existing field group, schema, dataset if it has already been created (create if not exists)
• Removed (for now) Profile schema creation since it never gets used
