Add EDA notebook

Create a notebook that contains the EDA query examples from the Week 1 notebook

The intent is to modularize the workflow described in the weekly assignment notebooks so that they can be executed in sequence as an end-to-end but also be used selectively to fit the Customers use case and ML stack
