Where is CEP 11.1 csinsterface.js is still showing as v11.0.0 #502

According to the cookbook.md here it states its CEP v11.1 but the csinterface.js file is still showing as CEP v11.0.0
Is v11.1.0 the Chromium engine or is this an error in the csinterface.js file?
