When a new list is added to Adguard DNS, have it so that the newly added list will appear as a disabled list the user's current selection of blocklists. This way the user can easily see when new lists become available without having any impact on their network. Then if they want to keep the list, they just simply have to enable it. If they don't want it, they can either leave it disabled or they can remove it manually.
Alternative solution
Alternatively, have a checkbox that would allow the user to hide the lists that they already have added and only display the lists that they have not added in the "Manage blocklists" section.
