One thing confuses me is that you can have projects under the organisation but also under the repo. Need to get used to the navigation in github :/

and issues are only in repos, never with the organisation :)

Yes; I think repo projects are mostly useless for our purposes though.

To test the data processing pipeline we need you to have access to the BBRC XNAT. Sending now an email to Jordi who looks after it and will cc you.

I uploaded the first init script for processing it. It requires NiftyPET (particularly NIMPA and NIXNAT). You can already start correcting the code :)
