Is this project still active? It appears that a few fixes have been merged but hasn't been released.

If there isn't a response from owners, would the community be interested in contributing to a fork?

Hi Dennis,

I no longer have the time and energy to work on this extension. There where some issues 2 years ago where I lost access to the publisher account and I haven't found the time to migrate to a new publisher.

I would love it if someone from the community forks this and publishes it under a new publisher.
