The OntoWiki Version Info is outdated and oddly positioned #376

Using the OntoWiki Top-Bar choosing Help->Version Info opens the following link:

https://raw.github.com/AKSW/OntoWiki/master/debian/changelog

Having the changelog positioned in the debian subfolder seems out of place, furthermore the newest Version in it is 0.9.x.

Furthermore the file refers to lod2, so I think this link should either be removed, updated and moved or set to an actual changelog
