Short Description
Some aspects of ACF are tied to tickrate. I don't know what specifically but I know that something is tied to it.

How to Reproduce (Optional)
Try revving your engine on a 66 tick server and a 33 tick server. You will notice that your engine will rev twice as fast on the 66 tick as on the 33 tick
