Currently all pricing is done per day.

But because ANYBODY can pay for the server, maybe there is a use case where some of the community members will want to pay a little bit to "top up" the server. And in this case maybe a day is too big of a cost.

Of course, there could be business rules (outside the smart contract) that say the minimum price to start up a server is one day or seven days, etc. And by default it would show prices in the front end as "per day".

But once a server is started, the smart contract would not prevent people from adding small payments into the rental account.

(I imagine this will eventually run on Polygon or some other network that is cheaper than Ethereum Mainnet. So the price-per-day will be much higher than the transaction gas cost.)
