devdraw: Cursor reverts to macOS default on MacBook with notch

When using acme in full screen on my new MacBook 14 the cursor is only briefly changing to the plan9 cursor while entering the window from the top of the screen, to change back to default macOS cursor when lowering. There are no issues when using an external monitor (without notch). The cursor is able to change back to the plan9 cursor if some other operation causes it to change, for example changing size of a buffer. But any time it leaves the area shown in the example the cursor reverts to macOS default.
