使用/pixivauthor时无法获取该画师需要登录才可以查看的画作(如R18等)以供下载
但使用/pixivpid时指定单张作品则没有上述问题，可正常上传如R18等需要登录以显示的画作
能否帮忙修复该问题，感谢
