Hello, I could not find the code and tutorials for mcool2hic. Could you please provide some more detailed information?

Hi there--sorry for such a slow reply!

If you're still curious: mcool2hic was removed from the Hi-C pipeline in v43, which is why you're having a tough time learning more about it. If you would like to see more, you can view the file in branch v42.4 (or another earlier version). Just be aware that the current version of the pipeline will look quite different than before v43.
