Updating global patrons is failing #289

A while ago I wrote a quick script to pull all patrons from the API, but I never really got a chance to test it. The GitHub Actions workflow has been running with no reported errors, but it is in fact failing.

Note that this is not the per-lesson patrons which are being filled out manually, this is the list on /thanks.
