Fix table of contents scrolling #119

The problem is that as images/videos load in, the length of the page changes, so when you click on a table of contents item, it won't necessarily scroll all the way there. (Thanks @riverliway for identifying the cause!)

This is done! (#233) It was simple enough in principle, but a bit of an effort to actually solve. 😅
