That's weird, here's the link and it resolves fine if you type it in the browser, but not if you click it on the page:

https://2i2c.org/kpis/upstream

I wonder if the problem is that it doesn't have the trailing slash? So it should be:

https://2i2c.org/kpis/upstream/
