Currently, using Koncat with obfuscation tool (eg. proguard) can help remove unused intermediate files. If not, we may provide another solution internally to remove them.

Resource files can be auto-cleaned already.
For source code files, I will add an instruction to README for users to enable obfuscation on Android, as well as other approaches per platform.
