用户输入某些词或知识库带出的分段当中有屏蔽词导致模型返回异常,对话日志中是没有记录的,也无法点赞同和反对

请描述你建议的实现方案

建议弄个异常的日志吧, 要不用户输入啥词异常了 咱们也不知道啊
把用户输入的和知识库分段记录和模型返回的错误信息一同记录方便修改知识库分段
