osm maps dont load

Dear Jakob,
In the MoveApps App that I have made using your package, we were running into repeated errors that the background maps from "osm" didnt load in the frames_spatial() function (movestore/animation-moveVis#1). Do you have an idea, what is going on there? We have similar problems with other Apps that use OSM. I have now used "carto" as map service in the App and it works. However, it would be good to be able going back to OSM at some point.
