[Bug] Position of the scroll bar

Describe the bug

I'm not a developer, so I don't know how to explain this problem, but below is a video recorded for the error.

To Reproduce

• Open a saved Notepads document and scroll down
• Open your browser and do a few random clicks
• Go back to Notepads
• The location was at the bottom before entering the browser, but after opening Notepads again, the location appears at the top.

• OS: Windows 10 22H2
• Version 1.5.4.0

Additional context
This problem did not exist before. The problem started after the 1.50 update. There may also be 1.51, 1.52 or 1.53 updates. I'm not sure which one.
