Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to share my experience and seek advice regarding an issue I'm facing with GitHub's process for approving a Copilot student account. I am studying through a remote (e-learning) program, which seems to have led to complications in the automatic approval process for my GitHub Copilot student account.
On December 31, I submitted a ticket to GitHub Support, providing all the necessary documentation to prove my student status. Three weeks ago, I followed up on the same ticket to inquire about the status of my request but have yet to receive any feedback.
I'm concerned about the lack of response and am wondering if this is typical of GitHub's customer support. Has anyone else experienced similar challenges with obtaining approval for a Copilot student account, particularly those in remote learning situations? If so, how did you manage to resolve the issue?
Any insights, suggestions, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
