Halyard deploy apply failed on ec2

Issue Summary:

Halyard deployment failing without any information on the error.

Cloud Provider(s):

AWS EC2 Spot instance t3.medium

Environment:

Ubuntu 22.04

Description:

I ran through the guide and I have setup a ec2 instance to deploy spinnaker to. I have setup the cloud provider, ran through the cloud formation setup, adding an s3 storage to it. Everything seems to be setup as instructed. During the deploy apply it seems that everything is going to successfully and gets to the part that says run hal deploy connect but then the error pops. There isn't much information about the error and I am not sure how to get more output from it.
