Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]
Yes, I am working on the application side of QiboTN, aiming to use Tensor Network to simulate a quantum mechanical phenomena called Neutrino Oscillations. VTE (Variational Time Evolution) or PF (Product Formulas) algorithms are commonly used for simulating neutrino oscillations (as I have read from related papers).

Describe the solution you'd like
I hope to see algorithms VTE (Variational Time Evolution) or PF (Product Formulas) being added to QiboTN.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
