What is the problem?

In the Web-Interface, the settings window "Torrent Upload/Download Ratio Limiting" is displayed too small, so that the "Save"-Button doesn't fit. See screenshot for detail.

Steps to reproduce

1. Right-Click on any torrent
2. Click on "Limit share ratio..."
3. The Window will be displayed slightly too small
