Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Comparing previous Prowler Scans to understand the difference from a previous scan.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to run a Prowler Scan and compare with previous results to find what's new, what's changed (i.e what's moved from Pass to failed (or vice versa). This could be output to the CLI, or to CSV, JSON etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing this manual adds overhead (comparing CSV etc), and it would be great if this can be achieved within Prowler.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
