While I commend you for trying to make your company inclusive, there are still barriers, as listed below:
To create a repo it's not that easy to learn and use. Need a page on how to actually navigate GitHub as it took me a while to learn about everything. Please use pictures but also simple and easy language. No lingo or if you do put the lingo at the bottom of the page. (Easy Read)
Features for accessibility needs to be a lot better in terms of providing access to everyone e.g. I want a text to speech GitHub so I can create my own code even if I am blind. Or if I have trouble reading, I can make the site in a different background color and text as well as putting my font size up just for the one page. I would also say that you should use thefield.jobs site as an example
The education packs should be available for low income/disability earners to learn on GitHub. It's not fair it's only for students - mostly who are actually not disabled themselves.
